日军战机突袭中山舰，此时，执行特别任务的日军飞行员大岛浩途径飞金口上空，自主参战，却被打了下来，飞行员生死不明....... 身上带着绝密文件的日王牌飞行员大岛浩的失踪令日方惊慌失措，命令大岛雄全力营救，同时派出影子杀手如营救失败则杀之；国民党派出海军特战队抓捕该飞行员，如不能生擒则杀之；共产党派出中南局特训队员许岚任梁子湖游击队政委，负责搜寻大岛浩。一场围绕着日王牌飞行员的寻找营救和抓捕反营救的生死较量顿时在日、国、共三方阵营中展开。 临危受命的许岚在赶往梁子湖的赴任途中，机智地抓获了大岛浩；日军特战队长大岛雄为营救胞弟亲临梁子湖实施铁腕营救计划；国民党海军情报参谋梁桥生率领的行动队也暗中进入梁子湖；“湖杀令”在梁子湖掀起腥风血雨。 自以为是的大岛浩，却在残酷的事实面前，不仅看到了日军和哥哥对自己的利用，而且渐渐看清战争的丑恶和自己的罪恶，在最后的时刻，王牌飞行员放弃了日军对自己的营救，与早已变异为战争魔鬼的哥哥同归于尽……
